From the shared courtyard, an external stone staircase leads to a large covered wooden terrace. The main entrance opens onto a hall, then a large equipped kitchen with an island, and a dining room. A flight of 5 steps gives access to a relaxation lounge and a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190). A laundry room is at your disposal with a sink and washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Two additional bedrooms are at your disposal, one of which is equipped with two single beds (90*200) and the second with a double bed (140*200). A games room gives direct access to the large covered terrace, with garden furniture and deckchairs. Wood heating, heat pump and oil.
