Living room with quality fitted, well-equipped kitchen, lounge (TV, DVD player). Separate WC with laundry area & washbasin. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed) (2 single beds). Shower room (twin washbasins, heated towel rail, WC). Electric heating. Large terrace (garden furniture, BBQ, deck chairs), fenced garden. Reserved parking space nearby. Optional cleaning charge: 50€. To see nearby: Belley cathedral, view of La Cluse (mountain village), Pont de la Balme (bridge).
