Lovely spot

Nous avions choisi ce lieu pour la piscine ,le logement et la possibilité de garer nos deux véhicules. Nous pensions que la maison etait individuelle mais en fait il y a trois demeures et 6 logements en location.la piscine n est donc pas privative et nous avons du garer un de nos véhicules en dehors ,non sécurisé et non protégé des intemperies.Nonobstant le qualite du logement et la serviabilite du proprietaire,nous avons donc été decu et considérons l annonce comme trompeuse, il est donc vital de contactet le proprietaire avant de réserver.

Très agréable location

Une location au top,spacieuse propre très bien entretenue, maison et extérieur, joli jardin , grande terrasse, équipements modernes grand barbecue le confort absolu. La location est proche de la plage du lac du Bourget et très bien placée pour de superbes ballades et autres activités.La piscine sécurisée est un plus non négligeable après les randonnees ,les enfants s'y sont bien amusés. Didier le propriétaire est accueillant et d'une extrême gentillesse ,nous avons passé des vacances exquises . Je recommande vivement le clos des burgondes, merci Didier pour votre accueil 😊

Séjour au top

Gites aux prestations haut de gamme, parfaitement équipés et spacieux. Localisation au calme avec accès facile à beaucoup d'activités. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui restent très accessibles et à l'écoute tout au long du séjour. Idéal pour couple avec jeunes enfants.

Gîte très agréable

Voilà ce qu'on peut appeler un gîte douillet avec tout le confort , avec du matériel de qualité et très bien entretenu.Très bonne situation.De jolies ballades à partir du gîte.Un propriétaire d'une gentillesse.....Encore merci pour toutes vos attentions et vos bons conseils en matière de randonnées.Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Un gîte splendide en plus de la montagne, du lac

C'est un coup de coeur !! nous recommandons activement ce gite , rien à redire, l'aménagement intérieur est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût , la piscine écologique est trés agréable aprés une journée de ballades. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques avec la juste distance , tout en étant au calme et dans la verdure , le gîte est tout proche de toutes les commodités et du lac (à pied) et de multitudes d'endroits à découvrir. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines mais nous aurions pu rester encore plus de temps sans nous ennuyer une minute.. Merci aux propriétaires pour ce gîte ...

Un havre de paix au cœur d'une magnifique région

Nous avons passé deux semaines exquises au Clos des Burgondes. L'accueil chaleureux de Ghislaine et Didier y est pour beaucoup, et Didier est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Les deux gîtes que nous avons occupés étaient très propres, décorés avec goût et dotés d'un équipement complet (hifi, vidéo, électroménager, barbecues individuels de qualité particulièrement appréciés...). La prestation est parfaite jusque dans les moindres détails. Le site est par ailleurs très bien entretenu, et propice à la détente avec la piscine naturelle, les espaces verts et un agencement optimal des gites. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les environs, et la proximité d'Aix-les-Bains est un plus. C'est simple, nous envisageons d'y retourner l'année prochaine !

un petit paradis

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Brison Saint Innocent et le gîte était tout simplement magnifique. (Encore mieux que sur les photos!) En plus, nous avons eu la grande chance de gouter aux tomates, salades et courgettes de la propriété. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander chaudement. La description de la location et de sa situation était précise, le gîte était extrêmement propre et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire passait tous les jours et nous a très bien conseillé (famille avec 1 enfant de 6 ans) Quels sont les activités et attractions que vous avez appréciés ? Le Lac Aiguebelette (très beau lac), le canal Savières, sur le lac du Bourget la plage de Chatillon, les gorges du Fief près d'Annecy, les musées de Chambéry et sa vieille ville (super par temps pluvieux), kayak et SUP et bateau sur le lac du Bourget... et les moments de repos et de jeu au gîte.

Fantastic holiday apartment

Sincere thanks to Didier & Ghislaine. The website regarding the website was clear & accurate (and I liked the music). The apartment and surrounding gardens & pool were excellent. The apartment was beautifully designed, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The gardens & the pool area were beautiful. The pool was a little cold but nice to swim in on a warm day.Didier & Ghislaine could not have been kinder or more welcoming with gifts of home-made jam, eggs & daily lettuces. They gave us good advice when requested. I would certainly recommend the apartments & Brison to anyone. The village is quiet & within walking distance of both Aix and the beach area. Aix & the lake were both great for holidays with lots of outdoor activities, places to visit, restaurants. We particularly enjoyed canoing, air-display, the abbey, Chinaz, Annecy, the Port at Aix. Only minor quibbles are that a) it was slightly difficult to pay for the appartment by bank transfer - use of debit card would be easier, b) the restaurants seemed a little expensive compared to England & c) Brison needs a good shop & a restaurant. The only shop in the village sold only bread & the restaurant was closed most of the time. If I win the Lottery I will gladly open a 24/7 shop & cafe and make a large fortune. Kind regards Myles

"Maison tout confort, très propre, rien à dire, c''était parfait. Le propriétaire très agréable, fait tout pour que notre séjour se passe bien. La piscine est très appréciée et appréciable même avec le lac à proximité. Une incitation permanente à profiter de son séjour."
