Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with lounge area, small utility room, bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room/WC, separate WC (wash-hand basin). 1st floor (lovely wooden staircase): 3 bedrooms (double bed, cot) (single bed, double bed with single bunk bed above) (double bed, 2 single bunks), large light & airy shower room, separate WC (wash-hand basin). Heating: heat pump.|Included in rent: beds made on arrival, towels provided, heating. Terrace with open views, above-ground swimming pool (for 2020 season) - sure to be a hit with children. Gîte ideally located 3km from Bourg-en-Bresse (shops/services, Royal Monastery at Brou, architectural heritage).
