Comfortable gathering spaces for groups. Living spaces bathed in natural light with panoramic garden views. Spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath house. Living room, dining room, den, kitchen, garden and patio. Fabulous location on a quiet street, walking distance to Braddock and King St. Metros/Amtrak and historic Old Town. 5 minutes to Reagan National Airport.
Bedrooms are located in 3 different wings of the house, which provides lots of privacy. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor, 2 bedroom are on the 2nd floor, in the front of the house, and the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor in back of the house.
No parties or events permitted.
Laundry in basement. Tea and coffee provided. Tons of bath towels in the 1st and 2nd floor linen closets. Toiletries provided. Irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, curling iron.
