The "La Rive du Loir" cottage is private (guests have the entire cottage to themselves), and we welcomed our first guests in July 2025.

For an ideal stay with family or friends, this charming house, which sleeps 11 people (including 2 on the sofa bed in the living room), is located on the riverbank. Parking is included on the property.

We are located 3 km from La Flèche Zoo.

The swimming pool and its retractable cover were installed at the end of 2024.

It is heated to 29°C on the following dates:
For 2026: Heated pool from Friday, March 27th to Sunday, November 1st inclusive.

For 2027: Heated pool from Friday, March 26th to Monday, November 1st inclusive.

We have an electric cover and a retractable cover that extends to 1.80 m at its highest point, allowing guests to stand upright inside.

The shelter offers the advantage of staying warm inside in case of inclement weather. It can be opened fully or partially, which is essential for enjoying the pool for most of the year.

Please note: This is a place for good times, but not for birthday parties or other gatherings that would disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We are not in an isolated location.

We have a large terrace surrounding the pool with sun loungers overlooking the Loir River.
Below, we have a pétanque court.
We have a gate providing access to the Loir River and the dock, perfect for relaxing or fishing. At your disposal, we have a lovely living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a TV, a sofa bed, a pellet stove, and free internet access. There is a toilet at the back of the kitchen.

We have a split-level (only seven steps) which leads to the following:
One bedroom (lion cub tapestry) with a 140cm x 200cm bed and a 90cm x 200cm bed on a mezzanine.
One bedroom (red panda tapestry) with a 140cm x 200cm bed.
One bedroom (flamingo panda tapestry) with a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm).
A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double vanity unit with a large mirror, and a separate toilet accessible from the shower room.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.

In front of the house, we have a covered terrace offering a magnificent view of the grounds and the river. From the outside:
A fourth, self-contained bedroom is accessible 10 meters from the house. It features a 140cm x 190cm bed, a shower, a third wall-hung toilet, and a TV.

A large, enclosed parking area with a gate is available (space for four cars).
A bicycle shelter is located outside, equipped with a badminton net and rackets, a Molkky set, adult and children's pétanque sets, a shuffleboard game, beach paddles, and a dartboard.

You will have access to a welcome booklet containing information on local shops, restaurants, and numerous activities in the area.

Located near the La Flèche Zoo, we are also close to Lake Monnerie, a 10-minute walk via the footbridge at Moulin de la Bruère. There, you can rent canoes and bicycles, go fishing, or relax on the beautiful beach, which is supervised during July and August. Angers, Le Mans, and Saumur are 45 minutes from the cottage.

Optional cleaning fee: €50 (Cleaning the gas barbecue and dishes, and sorting the waste into the recycling bins, is mandatory even if you choose the cleaning fee).

Mandatory linen kit available for an additional €50 (sheets, duvet and duvet cover, towels). Beds will be made upon your arrival. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Everything will be explained to you one week before your arrival; you'll find it easily.
