Located in the Village of Lake George, this beautiful 1st floor duplex has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one full bath, a large fully stocked kitchen, large dining room with room for 6 people and spacious living room.

Relax on your spacious deck with a seating area, outside dining area and a gas grill overlooking the lake. With the best seats for Thursday Night Village Summer Fireworks!

Walk to restaurants, shops, bike trails, Shepard Park Beach and other attractions in Lake George Village.


Dock slip available (for an additional cost depending on the size of your boat) at the Boardwalk Marina, which is located right down the hill from the house. WE DO NOT HAVE A LAUNCH OR STORAGE FOR A TRAILER. Ask for more information. 2 Parking space available.

This is a clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained property with everything you need for your stay. We had a terrific mini-vacation and very much enjoyed watching the fireworks over Lake George on Thursday evening from the house. We highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend staying at this property! Perfect for 2-4 people and lets you enjoy all the highlights of Lake George Village! This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. We loved the first floor unit. The unit was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The covered patio was great, especially when it rained one night. The lake views were amazing! We were close to everything and could walk everywhere.

Wine festival event

I love Lake George and being so close to the lake itself. I have never used VRBO before but would recommend it. I usually stay in a hotel but wanted to try something different. Only draw back was the noisy upstairs group that was staying there.

Great 2 bedroom unit on the water, close to downtown

Pictures of the view don't do it justice. Great location hidden right off the main street. Overall quiet during the day, however bands/music can be heard from the bars until 10pm. View was gorgeous, amazing, from the deck/patio area right off the living room. Enjoyed morning coffee, grilling, and dinner outside with that view. Great place to stay

This was just what we needed for our family! The only downside (and I say that loosely) is that the dock is private. But thanks to Teri we found a close spot to fish off a dock. House was immaculate and the proximity to town makes it so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location at Lake George

This house was great! Wonderful location as we like to walk everywhere. So close to the park, live music, shopping, restaurants/bars, boat rentals, Steamboat docks. The house was beautiful inside and we spent alot of time on the patio. The beds were comfortable. Lots to do!

Everything was clean, new and fresh. The view of the lake phenomenal. And so close to Duffys bar, very inconvenient. Friends had the upper level and equally awesome. Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!!
