This rental was perfect for two people! The property was immaculate and had everything you need. It was quiet and very comfortable and just a short drive to town. I highly recommend. Amanda was an amazing host. The only thing to take note of is that there are stairs, if problematic for anyone in your party.

Amanda is a phenomenal host and her place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Nantucket. The studio has everything a couple or solo traveler would want, and Amanda's attention to detail was noticed and appreciated, from the very nice appliances and comfortable bed, down to the high-quality coffee pods and brand name toilet paper. This will always be our first choice on the island for future visits!

Perfect Nantucket pied-a-terre just outside of town offering all of the amenities to enjoy your stay

Excellent. The owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. You feel like you are at home in the spotless, well appointed apartment. It is also very private with a nice view of the landscape.

Perfect Home Base for a Nantucket Island Getaway

My wife and I had never been to Nantucket so we planned a Fall visit and spent 5 days exploring the Island. The Studio Apartment turned out to be the perfect choice for us. The apartment was beautifully furnished, well appointed, and very cozy. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area away from the noise and crowds of the town and it felt very private. We rented a car for a few days and there was off street parking next to the unit. When we did not have the car, there were plenty of Ubers and Taxi's so we had no problem getting around. We loved our visit to Nantucket and we loved the Studio Apartment.

The Studio is beautiful, clean and efficiently equipped. The Linens, bedding, kitchen and items all so expertly and beautifully placed. The bathrobe Amanda provided was amazingly soft and cozy! She also provided beach towels, chairs and a cooler! The neighborhood is close to many things, shopping, beaches, bike paths and more. My husband and I had a wonderful time!

Hidden Gem

Very well appointed studio. Quiet, clean, beautiful and bright. More spacious and inviting than even the pictures suggest. Great neighborhood location a mile from town, and a couple miles from beaches on the south and south east coast. A “definite recommend”.
