Beautifully tiled bathroom, oversized shower with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries, dish washer and laundry detergent included. 2-beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and teak dining patio. Private privet, landscaping and fence surround the property.
