L'appartamento è carino, ben tenuto e pulito. Si trova in una parte in cui resta all'onbra quasi tutto il giorno e, anche ha una sola camera ed un soggiorno con divano letto, è ben organizzato e lo spazio è adeguato per una famiglia di 4 persone.Il residence è molto grande, con tanti appuntamenti, ma è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. La zona in cui si trova è tranquilla e con una passeggiata di 5 minuti nel verde, si raggiunge la spiaggia. Il centro storico è a circa 1 km dall'appartamento e lo si raggiunge passeggiando piacevolmente sul lungomare senza fatica. Nei dintorni ci sono fruttivendolo, panificio, rosticceria, in n minimarket ed altri negozi comodi da raggiungere a piedi.
