Extremely clean and well taken care of house. We were there for waterfowl season, so didn’t spend much time there other than dinner and sleep. Plenty of room for four guys.

Comfortable beds, 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, then 4th bed, futon couch and fold-a-bed in living area, so that space was a little cramped. Kitchen was nice, washer/dryer nice. Our kids had fun in the space. The outside wasn't really kid friendly (equipment in the yard) but we did enjoy the picnic table area. Thanks Gary!

The 2 bathrooms upstairs are falling apart. The handles to turn on the shower and the sink literally fell off. One of the drawers in the cabinet fell off as well. They had one recliner in the living room area and the cushion is hanging on by a single thread, just trashy. The place wasn't that clean either: huge trash pile in the yard, Brown stain in the tub, dead bugs hanging out.
