Comfortable holiday home **** (incl. W-Lan) in the best location of Carolinensiel

Comfortable and high quality holiday home at 4 star level, suitable for 4 adults and a toddler (up to 3 years). Ideally and quietly located in the triangle between the spa center (approx. 200m), the museum harbor / town center (approx. 350m) and the marina / beach (approx. 500m). On the ground floor (external roller blinds and fly screens) there is the living room (LED flat screen, DVD player, stereo system, etc.) with dining area for 5 people and access to the large terrace with seating and parasol, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, senseo) Machine, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and much more), as well as a guest toilet with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds, original Velux blackout blinds, heat protection, fly screens and LED TVs), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet. High chair, baby bed, gate, grill, two new 6-speed bicycles and two wheels with parking space and car parking space are also available. It is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed, WiFi included. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, sowie der Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das doch sehr schwache W-Lan. Aber man soll den Urlaub ja auch genießen, so konnte man im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes einmal abschalten.

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Die Bebauung ist sehr eng. Im Abstellraum für die Fahrräder standen bereits 2 Fahrräder und weiterer Kram, so dass kaum Platz für unsere eigenen Fahrräder war.

Die Wohnung ist Ideal für eine Familie. Es gab sogar Spiele für Groß und Klein. Carolinensiel ist ein kleiner Ort, aber alles was man braucht findet man dort.Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben vom 24.12. bis 28.12.2025 ein paar sehr schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus in Carolinensiel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr sauber & gepflegt, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit komfortablen Zimmern und einer schönen Terrasse.Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Alles war perfekt. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 1-jährigem Kind vor Ort für 5 Tage. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage fanden wir super. Man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und mehr als freundlich. Auch hier noch einmal ein großes DANKESCHÖN an den Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Die kleinen Reparaturen wurden durchgeführt. Die Terrassenerneuerung beim Nachbarn wurde inzwischen abgeschlossen, so dass keine Lärmbelästigung mehr auftritt.

gelungener Frühlingsauftakt in einladendem Ambiente

Wir haben das kleine Häuschen unsres Gastgebers bereits das 3. mal besucht und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Es fehlt einfach an nichts, es ist sauber, gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Seine perfekte Lage ermöglicht Carolinensiel und Harlesiel zu Fuß zu erkunden und zu erleben aber auch andere Küstenorte sind von hier aus bequem mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch die Fahrräder sind gepflegt und in Ordnung und wir haben eine schöne Radtour gemacht.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben Silvester 2024 in dem top ausgestatteten Haus der Familie Bonse verbracht. Das. Haus ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. In der Küche Gabe es zusätzlich zur Ausstattung noch ein Raclette. Die gebuchten Wäschepakete standen bereit. Eine Rückfrage zum Haus, haben Familie sofort geklärt. Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in dem Haus und waren auch nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Selten haben wir eine Fewo erlebt, die so gepflegt und so außerordentlich gut ausgestattet ist. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war hervorragend, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ganz in der Nähe war der Strand und die Harle. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.
