Immerse yourself in the cosy atmosphere of our lovingly furnished holiday home in Altfunnixsiel. This modern and bright 69 m² townhouse can accommodate up to 4 people and your four-legged friend. Here, you’ll find pure relaxation, surrounded by idyllic nature and just a few minutes from the sea.

You’ll be greeted by a warm atmosphere the moment you step into the entryway. Light-colored walls and elegant, dark-tiled flooring give the entryway a stylish touch. A spacious chest of drawers provides room for your shoes, and a large mirror lets you take one last look before setting off on your explorations. Through the charming porthole window, you’ll get your first glimpse of the well-equipped kitchen.

From the hallway, you’ll enter the bright and lovingly designed living room. Here, a cosy sofa invites you to relax—whether you’re watching TV, reading a good book, or spending time with your loved ones. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light and offer a wonderful view of the green garden. The adjacent dining area, which seats four, offers the perfect setting for shared meals or fun game nights.

The open, modern kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is decorated in light, cheerful tones. Here you’ll find everything you need to cook for yourself—perfect for culinary adventures on holiday!

From the living room, you have direct access to the adjoining patio, which is furnished with a comfortable beach chair., Whether it’s a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening—here you can enjoy absolute peace and a magnificent view of the greenery.

The ground floor also features a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large vanity. A window provides pleasant natural light, while a spacious vanity cabinet offers ample storage for your toiletries. In addition, a washing machine is available in the storage room.

A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two lovingly designed bedrooms.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (separate mattresses), a spacious chest of drawers, and a closet. A cosy beanbag chair invites you to relax. The morning sun greets you through the large skylight—and a practical blackout blind ensures undisturbed sleep.

The second bedroom features two single beds and a spacious closet. Here, too, a skylight with blackout blinds ensures a pleasant sleeping environment.

The Meerzeit holiday home offers you not only stylish and comfortable accommodation but also an ideal location. The picturesque Harle River flows just a few metres away, and the lush Altfunnixsiel area invites you to take relaxing walks. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away—perfect conditions for unforgettable days by the sea.

Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linen package per person.
Each premium linen package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as—for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked)—1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest fee is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
