Direct access for easy travel (area at the end of the golf course, near the Thalasso) on foot:
Less than 300m away: Thalassotherapy, Beach, Golf, Forest (and many activities, equestrian center, adventure course, tennis, ...), passage of cycle paths (including the Vélodyssée which allows easy access to the island of Noirmoutier or Saint-Gilles ...), direct access to the dunes and the seafront without crossing a road.
Less than 500m away: Nautical center...
* Ground floor: 1 bedroom (double bed) with shower room / WC, lounge / living room, fitted kitchen (induction hob, microwave + grill, dishwasher, fridge, Tassimo machine ...);
