Joey’s place is a beautiful home in Navarre, FL, less than 1.5 miles to the beach with a newly added pool in June 2024!. You'll have the home to yourselves (office & master closet locked). Close to restaurants and shopping, modern décor, smart home, garage parking.

Pool added in June in 2024. Extended Patio added in September 2024, 8 ft privacy fence added in December 2024. Landscaping being added Spring into Summer 2025.

- Newly added open room. Please note, this room is where I stay when I am in town. There will be "some" personal belongings (ie shirts in dresser) and a locked closet.

Guest Bathroom
- Bathroom has modern sink, mirror, bathtub with multi-settings showerhead. Toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, toilet paper will be provided. Although bathroom is not in the room, it is right across and will never be used by anyone except you.

Living Room
- Upright piano uniquely customized and converted into a bar with lights that can change to any color. Speaker inside piano to play same music connected all around the house.
- Unique lamp with musical instruments on top of a wine barrel. Smart lights can be changed to any color to match the piano and kitchen cabinets.
- Modern paintings in Living Room
- Smart ceilings lights and fan (can be activated by voice or phone app)
- Modern modular linen furniture with modern coffee table
- 70” HDTV internet connected with Hulu, Netflix and other apps

Garage
- Remote will be provided.

Guest access
The entire house is accessible except for the master bedroom and office, which will be locked (those rooms are not pictured in the listing)

Other things to note
- There are Alexa / Google Home device around the home for your convenience (such as to play music, set an alarm, or turn on devices). You are free to mute or disconnect these devices.
- There are surveillance cameras installed only outside of the house (as allowed by VRBO). This is for both our safety. Please no more than yourself and your guest on property at any time. Locations of these cameras are: Front doorbell cam, 2 cameras on the front corners, 2 cameras on the side, 1 camera in the backyard patio facing the pool.
