The host was very friendly with communications and was very helpful to us when our flight got delayed. The home was in a great location as it was close to the pier for fishing, restaurants within walking distance. the beach right across the street. They also have a beach right on the property. A boat dock and pool we did not swim as it was December but would be great. The home had beautiful views and accommodated us with space. We enjoyed quiet time then had grandchildren over for the weekend to celebrate Christmas. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Really nice community really quiet and calm we love the pool and love the way it was just about 7 min walk to the beach. We dint pack any beach supplies they had everything the house was nice and clean the rooms were great size

The property was even more beautiful than the photos. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing host or stay. The aesthetic was phenomenal. The home was in great condition and the neighbors were friendly. Our teens were happy to have the pool as well as the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely 100 times over the best. Every thing was as described in listing. Host was so helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Cant say enough positive things about our experience and how lovely it was stay here with all the amazing things you can do from going to the beach to kayaking or relaxing at the pool. Besides how clean and welcoming the condo was. Absolutely will be booking to stay here again and again.

Family beach vacation

We had a great time at the beach. The beach house was wonderful, very roomy, clean, pool was great, nice to have pier access, enjoyed having the kayaks, paddleboard, and other beach supplies. Liked being near the Navarre fishing pier and restaurants. Mrs. Glenda is a great host and very responsive.

Family vibes

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Short drive to the beach and very short walk to the pool and pier. I have never stayed in a place that had a garage and that was a very nice accommodation dealing with sand!

Location and Fun

This property is in a great location and has all the beach gear and kayaks to have a fun time. The pool was clean and enjoyable too. A few things we needed help with and the owner was very quick to respond.

Best family vacation ever!

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room. Perfect for our group of 8 and our stay was great! The kids loved access to the beach and kayaks. Beds were comfortable. Love the quietness of the area. We would rate it 100 stars if we could!

Beautiful View

We love staying here! This condo is beautiful and has a great view from the deck and windows. The grandchildren loved fishing from the dock and catching minnows in the sound (bay). The men loved taking out the kayaks that were provided with this unit. Glenda is a wonderful host!

Convenience is the best description of this property: number 15 of 40 is directly across from the pool and adjacent to a great bayside beach area. These accommodations worked well for our family of 8 including a one and five year old. Review the description and photos of the property to assist with your decision. Glenda was very responsive and we look forward to working with her again.

Perfect Family Vacation spot!

This our second time staying at this lovely house! Our boys live fishing off the dock , and we had amazing sunsets , even dolphins chasing fish just a few feet away! The house was the perfect size. Also I Love the short walk to Tom Thumb and the pier.

So much better than the high rise condos on the beach

The sound side is very nice, less crowded. The property is well kept and everyone is nice. The owner was very helpful!

We all loooooooved Glenda’s townhome on the sound side with a pool out the front door, the sound/beach area a few feet from the balcony and the Gulf across the street!!! Everyone is ready and wanted to go back again next month!!! If you have never booked a townhouse before…shhhhhh! I won’t tell you about all of the space and convenience that you are missing as well as time saved packing extra items and then having to drag it to your spot on the beach. SMH! Keep booking those boring one level multi rise condos that are a “2 days walk” from your space in the sky! Lol! We don’t miss that at all!! Now we did have a hiccup w the dryer but Glenda got the repair main out ASAP and got it running again. Whenever I had a question prior to or after arrival she came through with an answer within the hour. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND BOOK AGAIN!!! Thanks, Glenda!!!

Great location, everything you need.

Spacious unit, great balcony, movie-sized modern TV, well equipped for outdoor activities and we loved the dock access and the nearby pier. Tranquil sections of Gulf beaches best accessed by 2 minute car ride (easy parking).

Perfect Vacation

This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location a PERFECT and the townhome had everything we needed. We spent more time on the sound than the gulf. Water on the sound side was calm and perfect. Plus, it’s literally right outside your back door. The area is quiet and calm with a relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing trip

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Navarre, the area is great, and the property was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and I highly recommend staying here. You have your own little beach to use or you can walk to the main beach.

We are the Hayes Family. My husband and I purchased this home in the 80's when our children were young. We have spent many summer vacations with family here over the years. Our children and their friends roamed the beaches fishing/crabbing, waterskiing and all other activities. Now we are enjoying it with our grandchild and adult children.

Why they chose this property

When we purchased in Navarre, the island was still relatively undeveloped and we loved the amenties that the community offered.
