Hello location! Location! Location! This condo is located SMACK DAB in the middle of Main Street above Lunds Art Gallery and directly across from the famed Yukiyama Restaurant. Enjoy everything that Old Town has to offer just steps out your front door! With so many amazing places to shop, eat, and explore there is sure to be something for the whole family to enjoy!

Just as described, the location can’t be beat! The unit was spotless with plenty of towels and dishwater. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Only suggestions would be a couple of “whiter” lightbulbs as it can get a little dark, esp when the sun sets behind the mountains. So easy to check in, parking a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay again.

This loft was perfect for our stay in Park City! Super cute, well appointed, and great location. With essentially two primary suites, it was perfect for two couples to share, since neither of us had to decide who got the “good room”. The condo is right on Main Street near the bottom of the hill, so an easy walk to/from the Town Lift and all the best spots. Great balcony w space for all of us to hang out and people-watch. My daughter drove in from SLC and stayed in the loft space a couple nights which was really nice to have. An older adult probably wouldn’t want to climb that ladder, but fine for a college kid. Free parking space was really nice, but of course a car is not really needed in that location. Sarah was an amazing host and answered every question I threw at her within minutes. Can’t wait to rent again!

Perfect getaway!

We stayed here for a week in July and it was perfect for myself, my husband and our two teenagers! Perfect location right on Main Street. The owner was SO easy to communicate with and this rental included so many extras! The beds were so comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of bath towels! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! (note: if you’re mobility restricted, this rental will be difficult for you as there are steep stairs to access it).

Perfect condo right on main street with all the amenities of park city right outside your doorstep. Walk to town lift for great day of skiing and then enjoy the quaint atmosphere with beautiful king size beds and a cool loft for extra sleeping room for the kids. Washer/dryer is a deal breaker for me and this has it.

This property and host should be used as a masterclass for running a great rental property. The condo and bedrooms were plenty spacious for our family of 5 - the rooms are actually larger than the pictures would make them seem. Nice bathrooms with updated finishes and plenty of towels. The host regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. And the location is prime - we walked to dinner every night of the week after getting back from the slopes. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

Fun and Perfect location

Our family really enjoyed this loft. It was very clean and had everything needed to prepare meals, if needed and laundry was a plus. The lofted bed in one of the rooms was a family favorite. Sarah was great to work with and answered questions quickly. We will definitely rent again. Amazing location, condo and host

This place is fabulous in every way! First of all, Sarah is an amazing hostess. She is responsive, flexible and added nice touches for the unit! When we walked in, there were fresh flowers and a box of cookies. This unit is in the perfect location, right on main street. The unit actually has a balcony facing Main Street. You can walk everywhere, and the bus system is pretty much across the street. It’s great for two couples. Both bedrooms can be king beds with full en-suite bathrooms. The bed were comfy with lots of blankets and pillows. The common area and kitchen are perfect for hanging out. This unit has everything you need for a ski getaway!! I highly recommend staying here! 12 out of 10!!!! Thank you for everything!!

MTB stay

My friends and I came to PC in hopes of an awesome, clean, roomy, and centrally located place for mountain biking, and we did! Everything was as described, the beds were comfortable and clean, and everything was light and fresh. Bike shops and trails were minutes away and there was a conveniently located 7 eleven foot steps away for snacks and drinks. If you like shopping and food, we were in the heart of it all. If I ever come back to PC, I will certainly book again!
