Awesome host and great property

Cindy was very attentive to all our needs and the property was GREAT! The proximity to the border concerned is at first, but we found the neighborhood to be very safe and the neighbors were more than helpful and welcoming.

Second stay, I love it!

Quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Excellent value for the cost. Cindy does a great job with this property. She is good about communicating and this really takes the anxiety out of going to a new place. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Almost feels like a second home. My friend and I were in Yuma for the dog shows. We always try to find a house with a fenced yard. The home Was so much nicer than described. It was perfect for animals and there humans.

We stayed in Yuma to visit friends. The house was very clean and tidy. Everything worked as it should. The immediate area is surprisingly quiet.

The house was very cute Neighbors were a bit noisy but not too bad. Love the roosters that crowded around us and watching the one rooster cross the street and go see his buddies and then come back home

Nice bungalo, large yard

Pleasant home, good sized for two bedroom. All the plates, paper plates, etc silverware provided. Very quiet neighborhood, dollar store few blocks away, Walmart less than a mile away. Host responsive to questions. Home clean and well organized.

Uh, think twice

The bed i slept in was comfortable, other than kicking the post of the footboard on the four post bed frame through out the night. No local stations on TV, streaming only. Grass/weeds nearly to my knees in driveway and walkway to door. No garbage disposal in kitchen, so the full trash reeked of rotting food. Floors were filthy, probably from the dirt driveway and dirt yard. The bed in one room had been slept in and not cleaned or made up. Wet towels in the bathroom floor, and no clean ones, so had to do laundry to have towels. Very nice washer and dryer. The fridge was a mini apartment fridge with no ice maker or ice trays to make ice. The shower was very nice, good pressure and plenty of bathroom items to use for shampooing and showering. Although the price was very reasonable, not sure I'd stay again.
