Charming house ideally located in the Parc de Royan district, 150 m from the large beach with pedestrian access via alleys and 100 m from the market and shops of the Park.
The house includes a sunny terrace with garden furniture and is equipped with two protective blinds.
On the ground floor and opening onto the terrace, a TV living room and equipped kitchen: Oven, Microwave, LV, Coffee makers, and in the back kitchen with boiler: LL cloakroom.
Upstairs: Landing, Shower room with WC. Wardrobe cupboard. East bedroom with a comfortable 140 BZ bed. and Closet.
South bedroom with two 90 twin beds that can be joined together into a 180 cm bed. Storage.
Shower room with WC adjoining the south bedroom.

séjour satisfaisant. Maison ancienne, propre, très bien achalandée (tout y est!).couchage dans banquette futon pas tout à fait idéal. les deux autres lits d'une personne sont très confortables. Proximité de la plage et des commerces très appréciables.
