About the host

Host profile image
We are sisters - Sarah & Jen - and our Southampton Village home has been in our family since 2002. Earlier this year we completed renovations to emphasize the charming character of the house and be able to provide an exceptional environment for our guests. We pride ourselves on taking care of all of the details, allowing our guests to arrive and immediately relax into their Hamptons vacation. We do not charge our renters additional fees for landscaping, pool maintenance, and utilities which offers our guests some added value for their vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

This home is a residential neighborhood in the village of Southampton; walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in town (less than 1 mile walking). Conveniently, the train and Jitney/Luxury Liner are all very close by. We are 1.5 miles from Southampton Village beaches.

What makes this property unique

The combination of this home (beautiful coastal decor, comfortable beds and living spaces, updated bathrooms, killer kitchen and spacious backyard with pool and outdoor shower) and homeowners (friendly, local, responsive and accommodating) are what make this property stand out from the others.
