Newly renovated Southampton Village home within walking distance to all Southampton Village has to offer. This 3100 square foot home on 1/3 acre exudes the perfect combination of traditional elegance and modern convenience, with a full renovation by JKate Designs completed in Spring 2023. The lemonade front porch welcomes you into an inviting foyer with adjoining den/home office. Walk down the hall to the updated gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops, Sub-zero refrigerator, Garland 6 burner stove with griddle & double-oven - making this the perfect setting for gathering around the island. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room. The first floor also boasts a large family room including a game table area and state of the art technology with Sonos system integrated throughout the first-floor. The mahogany deck off the family room allows for seamless indoor/outdoor flow with outdoor seating for all and a new grill. Off the deck is a large, manicured back yard with plenty of privacy and a heated pool. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, each with queen beds, including a master suite with double vanity, walk in shower, and claw foot tub, as well as a walk in closet (California Closet) and full desk working space. One guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and the other 2 guest bedrooms share a large Jack-and-Jill full bath. There is an attached garage (1 car) as well as a detached garage for storage of pool floats, beach gear, etc. The house has been updated with a screaming fast new wifi system. This Village home is convenient to town and train, and just over a mile to the beautiful Southampton Village beaches.

We are sisters - Sarah & Jen - and our Southampton Village home has been in our family since 2002. Earlier this year we completed renovations to emphasize the charming character of the house and be able to provide an exceptional environment for our guests. We pride ourselves on taking care of all of the details, allowing our guests to arrive and immediately relax into their Hamptons vacation. We do not charge our renters additional fees for landscaping, pool maintenance, and utilities which offers our guests some added value for their vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

This home is a residential neighborhood in the village of Southampton; walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in town (less than 1 mile walking). Conveniently, the train and Jitney/Luxury Liner are all very close by. We are 1.5 miles from Southampton Village beaches.
