Cocoonr offers "La Villa Authentique" by Villas Signature, an elegant 350 m² manor house ideal for group holidays, family reunions, birthdays, EVJF/EVG, cousinades, weddings, seminars or weekends with friends. With Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we've thought of everything to ensure your stay is comfortable and convivial from the moment you arrive.

Situated in the heart of Bourbourg, just 10 minutes from the beach, this character house dating from before 1900 combines charm, top-of-the-range facilities and large, convivial spaces. Situated in a quiet, unoverlooked setting, it boasts a magnificent garden with trees covering more than 1,000 m², perfect for sharing time with family and friends.

Its real asset for large gatherings is its immediate proximity to our second upmarket property, "la Villa des Berges", just 800 metres away. Together, the two villas can accommodate up to 30 travellers in ideal conditions of comfort, while maintaining independence and privacy between groups.

The ground floor comprises:

- a large 55 m² living room with fireplace and wood burner,
- a fully-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances,
- a dining room adjoining the kitchen,
- an office with broadband fibre connection,
- a WC,
- a large hall with direct access to a 60 m² terrace and the garden.

A year-round jacuzzi with a 4-seater spa is also available, along with a walk-in shower, subdued lighting and a connected TV for the ultimate in relaxation.

On the first floor, a large central landing leads to 4 large bedrooms and a bathroom:

- Bedroom 1: king-size bed, dressing room, shower room with uninterrupted view of the garden
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed, dressing area, bathroom with shower and washbasin and uninterrupted views over the garden
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed, two built-in wardrobes, direct access to WC and bathroom
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed, two built-in wardrobes and a small adjoining room with space for a cot or reading area, as required
- A bathroom with bath and shower, double washbasin and large changing table and a large separate shower

On the second floor, a central relaxation area of 45 m² with table football, large screen TV, dart board, single sofa bed and various games and equipment:

- Bedrooms 5 and 6: King-size bed, bathroom with large shower and washbasin, desk,
- Bedroom 7: a queen-size bed with sofa,
- Bathroom with WC, double sunken whirlpool bath, double washbasin and shower.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² enclosed garden planted with trees,
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture for meals and relaxing outdoors.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 cars with access control, as well as a covered one-car garage with direct access to the villa.

- Nearest train station: Bourbourg station, about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Lille airport, about 1 hour's drive away - free bus service


Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The fireplace in the living room is functional, wood supplied at an extra cost of 20€/night.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of 15€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
