Ideally located on the road between Rodez (Soulages Museum) and Conques (Soulages stained glass windows), Fontcoussergues is a hamlet of old houses overlooking the vineyards staggered on the gentle slopes of the Marcillac vineyards.
The cottage, colourful and warm, has been set up in one of them.
From the terrace, you will fully enjoy the softness and calm of these landscapes. A few steps further, a small path invites you to take a walk to a waterfall...
Cottage on 2 levels, 65 m2, adjoining a second home very little occupied and the owners' house, independent entrance to the hamlet.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc...). giving access to a shaded terrace, (8m²) enclosed and private, and to an unenclosed garden (50m²) garden furniture, barbecue.
Living room: sofa, wood stove, television, wifi and baby cot on request, library and games for children. Full electric heating.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90), shower room, WC,.
Pets allowed at no extra charge.
ATTENTION: from 1 November to 30 May of the following year, electricity consumption is included in the tariff up to 8 kw per day. Above 8 kw per day, electricity is billed at cost, i.e. €0.22 per kw tariff (until 30 May 2025). The gîte is equipped with an individual metre allowing permanent control by the occupants.
