The house was very clean and the yard was well maintained. The yard had a nice easy slope down to the lake where kayaks and paddleboards were available. It was nice to sit out on the back porch or down by the water in the mornings and evenings enjoying the lake. Check in and out process very easy.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with plenty of supplies, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location on the lake was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to enjoy the water. The host was easy to reach and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the experience even better. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the property and the guest experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! Lake house was beautiful and was well furnished. We really enjoyed the covered back porch. My son and grandchildren played guitars and sang every night.My son and grandchildren used paddle boards in the lake and said the dock made it easier to get on the boards.Lucia recommended a boat rental for a pontoon boat for the week. Dock was easy to get the pontoon boat in and out of. My grandchildren enjoyed tubing and we had a sunset cruise one night.There were plenty of life jackets to use on the paddle boards and boat. I would recommend this lake house when visiting Hot Springs. Thank you so much Lucia for our Wonderful visit at your lake home.
