Located in Montivilliers, near the Normandy coast, you can enjoy the benefits of the town (suburban area) in a rural setting, with a large enclosed garden and nearby shops. You’ll appreciate the town’s architectural heritage, including its “hallets” (small wooden shops dating from the 19th century), the Abbey Church, and the Abbey (11th to 16th centuries), which is listed as a historic monument. Hiking trails, bike paths, and public transport are all nearby. The house has been completely renovated by the owners; you’ll love the bright living room opening onto the small veranda and the enclosed garden with fruit trees. A bakery is a 200-meter walk away, and other major shops are about 1 km away. You can easily reach Étretat and Honfleur in 25 minutes, and Le Havre or the lifeguard-patrolled beach at Saint-Jouin-Bruneval in 20 minutes.
