The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes to the left of the gate house as you enter King's Creek resort. These homes feature the decor and details expected in luxury vacationing. There is a patio and balconies to experience a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There are three master bedrooms, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 3 sleeper sofas. Large whirl pool tubs adorn each master bedroom suite. Sleeper sofas are located in the living rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's. There are three washers and dryers. Three dishwashers...AND three kitchens! The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor gas grill. Imagine spending the holidays with your family in one of these luxury vacation homes in historic Williamsburg. This property is just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes away from the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Enjoy theme parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country USA), shopping, and dining. Water Country USA is right next door! There are3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, miniature golf, tennis and basket ball courts. In the Heart of It All

Great location for the three different cities; Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. Location is right by all of the major highways to get you to where you want to go. Home was very clean and working with Tara made everything a breeze. Would recommend!

Great family vacation

We had the family in for a vacation in Williamsburg. This location was great and the accommodations were perfect for the 12 of us. Eight adults and four kids all under ten. It was good to have the multiple master bedrooms and bathrooms along with the additional kitchens to use. The larger unit was perfect for the family meals and fun times. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive Experience

Great experience with Tara and Brendan. They were very helpful throughout the process. The property is great and perfect for our needs - we rented 3 full units for family and friends celebrating W&M’s graduation. The only opportunity was the cleanliness of the units upon arrival.

We rented the three units together. Tha biggest unit did not have air conditioning for 24 hours. It was 90 degrees in the upstairs bedrooms. I contacted the owner who told me to call the office which I did. Twice they were supposed to put in a repair ticket for the a/c. I had to call the owner and asked him to contact the office to get this problem resolved since it was extremely hot. I think the owner should’ve made the calls and not me. We paid a lot of money for this inconvenience.

Sharon, So sorry for the inconvenience, this summer was brutal on AC units here in VA! Just so you are aware, we did call the office and arranged for a new unit for you the moment we became aware of the issue, but if I recall you wanted to see if they fixed it before you moved, due to the fact maintenance was in the process of working on it. I believe I gave you the option to stay or move and did leave that call up to you.
