We had an amazing time at this resort. We will definitely go back! Check in was smooth because of YaYa who got us a lower level unit to accommodate my bad knee. Great service all around. Family enjoyed all amenities, everything was cleaned and maintained well. Thanks for a great time!

There is a resort fee that you pay when you get there but the overall price is still reasonable! There was lots of activities for families to do at the resort!

Room was clean and large, all rooms here are a bit dated but have everything you need. We loved the pool and arcade, great amenities so worth the price. Also room is on 3rd floor and no elevator so keep that in mind when you are bringing luggage.

We have stayed in this complex before and have always enjoyed it. This stay was no exception. I love the addition of the wrist band for access to the amenities, etc. Very nice stay as always.

Be aware you will be charged 15 per day for the use of the pool and other activities. Not a bad price if you intend to use them. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice. You will be offered a chance to take a time share tour but isn't high pressure. Just say no.

Very clean. Pools, game rooms, etc were so nice with kids. The Honestly could have just stayed in the resort every day and found plenty to do but the concierge can give advice on activities. We went to Busch Gardens which was super close. Having in room washer/dryer was a game changer. Plenty of local restaurants, some chains, Walmart, Food Lion, and gas stations within 5-10 minutes.

Room was listed as having two double beds. Room had king bed & HEAVY pullout sofa. As sofa bed was so difficult to pullout, for two 80 yo women, subsequent nights, one slept on top of sofa.

My son will be going to college in Williamburg.The accommodations and grounds are excellent.Especially is you have young kids.Sly's has great beer and pizza.This is a time share- you will need to go toa time-share presentation.
