A large enclosed and secure garden of 1100m2 surrounds the villa, with many trees providing plenty of shade points and a green lawn all around the house to relax, play, run, sunbathe...

A covered terrace is furnished with garden furniture, with a gas barbecue available.

A petanque area available on the grounds, as well as a private parking space and a closed garage to park a vehicle complete the services of this very comfortable and pleasant villa to live in.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area with other houses but our land is large and leaves a lot of space to be quiet

Also bring your towels otherwise we can provide them as a paid option on arrival.
Several kitchen towels are provided as well as bathroom mats.

The village of Voguë is classified as a "village of character" and among the "most beautiful villages in France", its beaches and the river are 800m from our villa.
And all shops: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, butcher, nurse's office, etc., 200m away.
