It is located in a small, very quiet village, in Châtres, surrounded by meadows and forests.

This old farmhouse has been restored in the Périgord style. It is composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen, a living room with functional fireplace and toilet;
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
An outbuilding with an air-conditioned fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace facing the pool (heated and secured with electric curtain).
