Maison en Pierre Sans Vis-à-vis

Welcome to Frontenac in Gironde, in the heart of the Entre deux mers which is nicknamed "Little Tuscany". This rental is a beautiful country house of 150 m2.

It is ideally located less than 30 minutes from Langon, Créon or Libourne.

This house is an old barn completely renovated by the owners. It offers all the ideal services for a relaxing stay in Gironde.

On the ground floor you enter a large fully equipped kitchen. Next, the large 70m² living room is perfect for family meals. The sofa in the living room is convertible and gives the possibility of accommodating two people.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. It consists of a large bed 160 and a private bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs, the mezzanine leads to the two additional bedrooms with a 140 bed each. A shared bathroom is available.

Frontenac is a quiet village in the heart of a green countryside. You can enjoy the large covered terrace not overlooked, a barbecue and an unfenced garden facing the forest.

Many tourist sites and activities are easily accessible from the cottage:

- 1 km cycle path 31 km cycle path from Créon to Sauveterre de Guyenne
The route continues on the cycle path where old stations and level crossing houses remind us that here trains preceded bicycles! Recommended detour to La Sauve to admire the old abbey of La Sauve-Majeure. Go through the old gates of Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, to reach the central square lined with arcades, in the heart of the old bastide town dating from 1281.
- 8 km from Blasimon lake
- 1 km climbing on the site of Lirette
- 40 km from Bordeaux: Explore the historic centre classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, stroll along the banks of the Garonne and discover the rich cultural offer of the city.
- 20 km from the vineyard of Saint Emilion: This charming town is renowned for its historical heritage and its renowned vineyard listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
- 100 km from the Bay of Arcachon: you will discover the sublime Dune du Pilat, the city of Arcachon and the famous oysters of local oyster farmers.
