Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, lounge. 1st floor: 1 spacious bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. 2nd floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 beds 90x190). View of the port of Lézardrieux from the bedrooms. Private enclosed courtyard of 60 m² at the back of the cottage. Parking possible on the street or car park 30 meters away. Heating by pellet stove + electric heating. 1 electric bike available on request from the owners (10€/day or 50€/week). Come discover this 90 m² terraced house, located in the center of Lézardrieux, just 100 m from the shops and 200 m from the beach and the port. It will be your ideal starting point for exploring the beauties of the Presqu'ile Sauvage, the island of Bréhat, and the Pink Granite Coast. Beautiful walks are available...
