Great location near Chinatown. The living area was great for a family who likes to have some space to spread out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great choice for our family of 5. The setup was perfect. We requested the extra rollaway bed which was helpful. Location was excellent as well.

The problem was not with the hotel but with VRBO who failed to relay the fact that our suite and the other room should be connected. These were not available connected until the next day so we had to have the rooms about 5 doors away and across the hall, around a corner. The hotel was lovely. The personnel were so accommodating and friendly. My grandson made a great friend with one of the bellman (Chris?)The location was great. Shopping, restaurants and transportation close.

Relaxing stay

Perfect upscale hotel with amazing amenities! The suite with connecting rooms was great for a bigger group. We just enjoyed relaxing in the cozy rooms with great views at night and bright light coming in during the day. It was indeed a refreshing stay with friends!

2024 trip

The connecting rooms with a living space in between made it feel more like a house instead of a hotel. A place for everyone to gather to plan our days.

All good. Disappointed in the water pressure in the master .. check out attendee was a little rude. Overall it was a good experience. Check-in was easy and professional.
