Great house in a quiet place in Denia. The pool was great, just as the jacuzzi. The trail of Montgó is close by, for a great view over Denia. Definitely would come back here

Perfect for family stay

We had an amazing stay with a toddler in early October, enjoyed the views from the rooftop hot tub and the warm pool. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

A beautifully appointed villa on the edge of Denia. Samuel, our host, was fabulous, he couldn’t have been more helpful and responded immediately to any communication he was also super flexible around our travel times. Thank you, my sister and I loved our week at this little slice of heaven!!

A beautiful villa with fantastic garden and pool area. Samuel was a wonderful host and gave us lots of information regarding restaurants and places to see. Would recommend highly this villa.

Lovely home away

Beautiful location with view of Montgo and the sea. Perfect for our exploration of Valencia area. The owner is super and provided excellent information about the area. The home is beautifully landscaped and provisioned. Thank you Samuel and family.

Fabulous villa in a great position

We loved our stay. The villa is nestled at the foot of mount Montgo with views to the castle and the sea. It is a little piece of paradise with everything you would ever need. Samuel was a fantastic host and gave us loads of tips and places to visit. Thank you so much

Perfect for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There is a lovely pool. garden, outdoor kitchen, grill (gas and charcoal), and jacuzzi- all set on a beautiful hillside with sea views from the rooftop and mountain views. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated, and the owner, Samuel, is helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a perfect family vacation and I wouldn't change a thing!

Even better than the photos!

We visited Denia in April, 2023. The property was truly a home away from home. Samuel was kind and incredibly helpful. Our highlight was watching the sunset from the hot tub, wonderful views! And the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, thank you! We will definitely be coming back.

Had a really great stay

My Friends and I Hand a super nice stay at the house. Great BBQ, night swims in the Pool, amazing walk up the hill. 🏜🥘👙 The Communication was really good, got some nice recommendations for restaurants, Bars, beaches. 🍹🏝 Also the City is pretty nice. The only thing you have to be aware of That you would probably need a car, because the house is up the hill. Thank you for having us 😊

Excellent villa / facilities in a lovely part of Spain

We stayed in the Villa the last 2 weeks of August, the facilities are excellent including the pool / hot tub. The location is quite but close enough to the port and beaches in Denia. We had an excellent family holiday for 5. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need and items for the beach also which made it ideal for our family. The villa has amazing views and we could not fault it. Thanks Samuel for letting us stay and for signposting us to all the local restaurants, beaches and days out and making us all feel so welcome.

Highly recommended

A very comfortable house and equipped as a home from home with very modern appliances. Central heating was very efficient. Delightful garden, beautifully tended, large pool, whirlpool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Most of all, the host Samuel was charming and incredibly helpful. If there is a Vrbo category above premium for hosts, Samuel deserves it!

Fantastic family holiday

I can't recommend Samuel's villa highly enough, it is absolutely superb, there is everything you could ever need for a fantastic holiday. The accommodation is perfect for a family, very comfortable with lovely furniture and fittings. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the outside cooking facilities perfect. Would highly recommend! Very peaceful and relaxing. Samuel the owner is brilliant, always in contact and genuinely concerned that you are enjoying your holiday, nothing is too much trouble. Family trip to Denia

We came to visit my sister in law, brother in law and nephew. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. AC is abundant which was important for those of us traveling from Texas USA. We did not cook much but kitchen had all needed supplies. Pool and pool deck were lovely. As the owners warn, the wind can be unpredictable so best not to leave things out (umbrella or canopy). 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you toSamuel and his family from The Pothier Family ❤️. Denia is such fun 😎

Fantastic house in great location

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous house. The host was great from the beginning, providing lots of information on the local area/places to eat etc and additionally arranged for us to check in earlier as we have arrived sooner then expected. The house is good size with everything you need. The outside area is great and the pool was lovely and a really good size. There was also some pool floats/beach toys etc which were very helpful for a trip the beach. Dénia was lovely with lots of shops/places to eat only 10 mins drive away. The location is lovely and views from the property are gorgeous. We will miss the view of the mountains!

Fabulous property

The property itself was lovely, what we were not prepared for were the amazing views (sea one way - mountain the other), take your walking shoes for the amazing trail round the mountain! The villa is very clean, maintained to an exceptional standard and extremely well equipped. We have to give a huge thanks to the owner, Samuel, communication was great, and he was very welcoming, providing us with all we needed including some great recommendations for restaurants and trips. Thank you so much! We hope to come back - but two weeks were not enough!

Amazing stay at a beautiful Villa!

We stayed with my husband and my 7 month old daughter for one week in January. From the very start Samuel was great at answering all my questions, he met us when we arrived showed us everything and explained how to use the hot tub. He was a very wonderful host and had the house ready with a cot and highchair for our daughter! The Villa is even more beautiful than you see in the pictures, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, newly renovated bathrooms and very comfortable huge bed! The garden is spectacular, very well maintained, you can tell the Villa is very loved and taken care of! We loved the area because we go hiking and loved that we could walk up a nice trail close by the house! Highly recommended this Villa! The pool, the hot tub, mountains and beach, it has everything! Will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Wir waren im Sep. 2026 in der Villa "Viva la Vida" im Quartier Campusos und überaus zufrieden mit unserem erholsamen drei-wöchigen Aufenthalt:- Sehr schön arrangierter und gepflegter Garten mit vielen einheimischen Pflanzenarten (insbes. 3 große Palmen auf dem Grundstück rund um den Pool)- Annehmlichkeiten wie z. B. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern, Klimaanlage für heiße Tage, Garage bzw. Carport, Außenküche, beheizbarer Pool, ... (Photovoltaik!)- Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche- Sauberes u. gepflegtes Haus auch in den Räumlichkeiten innen- Ruhige Lage in einer Stichstraße (kein Durchgangsverkehr)- Perfekter Weitblick von der Dachterrasse auf Denia-Stadt u. die Burg sowie auch auf den Montgo u. das Mittelmeer (z. B. bis zur Küste bei Cullera) - ein Fernglas lohnt sich.Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen und können diese Location ohne Einschränkungen bevorzugt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Samuel für das perfekte Management von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. - Wir hatten einen problemlosen Aufenthalt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen bzw. einen zweiten Aufenthalt in einem der nächsten Jahre!

La casa espectacular. Mejor de lo esperado ya que tenia de todo en cuanto a menaje y accesorios. También tiene quemador y paelleras para poder cocinar.Todo muy bien explicado y todo facilidades dadas por el dueño a la hora de la entrada que nos dejó entrar mucho antes

Fantastic property. Beautiful surroundings. Villa is well equipped with everything you might need. Our children loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend a walk on Mount Montgó. All in all a fantastic place to stay!

Heerlijk huis, top contact met eigenaar. Bij aankomst even zoeken, lijkt wat verder weg van het centrum van Denia maar dat went snel.
