Experience a truly authentic Italian villa with amazing views overlooking Napa Valley vineyards. Rustic wood ceiling beams, soaring roman columns, medieval chandeliers, Italian floor tiles, vine draped pergola, bocce court, stunning pool, dinners in the wine cellar and more. So much to discover and enjoy in this vineyard paradise.

Located on the Silverado Trail, just north of the Yountville Crossroad, this 5 bedroom, 4+ bathroom villa is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in a private gated get-away.

The pool & hot tub have an automatic cover. There is a lighted bocce court and underground wine cellar in addition to a second floor office overlooking the vineyards. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a sub zero refrigerator, viking oven/stove and wine fridge.

There is ping pong, fussball, water volleyball and basketball for the kids in addition to two flat screen TV’s, one in each wing of the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is absolutely great, practical kitchen with all the amenities. The location of the house is amazing, you can get everywhere in a few minutes by car. Don is very nice, communication with him is very good.

This is an absolutely amazing property. This was by far the most well appointed VRBO we've ever stayed in. Truly we wanted for nothing. The views and sunsets were spectacular. We have already rented this for next summer because of our tremendous experience. The host Don was always available to answer any questions. I HIGHLY recommend this house!!

What a month!!

Just perfect. What a stunningly beautiful, comfortable home… and the views overlooking the vineyards are spectacular- its location in the middle of Napa Valley is just as spectacular. Don was an excellent host; friendly and super responsive. I have nothing negative to say and the smile on my face will last a long time. Do yourself (and your family and/or friends) a favor and vacation at this home.

What an amazing place!

We have traveled to Napa many times but never took the time to stay for a few weeks, relax, and experience all that Napa has to offer in all of the small towns in the valley. Our host Don couldn’t have been more helpful, the house is well stocked and central to everything in the valley, and the views from the pool and back deck every day are always changing and beautiful. We took our adult children to see Napa for their first visit. Reading the history of the home and the Roselli family really made an impact upon us . It’s great to see that Mr. Roselli’s vision came to life in such an amazing way!

Bliss at San Savino Vinyard

Can't imagine a better place! What you see is what you get. A stunning Italian Villa in an amazing location. Waking up every morning to the stunning views of the vineyard with the fog hanging over the mountains was truly breathtaking. Starting the day with coffee and that view sitting on the terrazza was relaxed perfection. San Savino was equipped with literally EVERY possible thing you need for your extended stay. Don the Owner/manager is extremely accessible, responsive and more accommodating than any VRBO host we have ever had. In our 30 day stay we had ZERO issues. The only disappointment was having to leave. Thank you Don making our month in Napa just that more special!

My parents Aurora and Frank lived in this home for 25 years before moving into a retirement community nearby. We wanted to keep this house to continue to celebrate family holiday gatherings a few times a year. We love hosting and sharing this unique property with others. You won't be disappointed! Many of our guests return year after year.

Why they chose this property

The gated property is situated in the middle of a vineyard, close to the town of Yountville. It is rare to find rentals this size near town. The private back porch, pergola and pool offer unobstructed views of endless vineyards and beautiful mountains. It is the perfect spot for an al fresco meal and a glass of wine!

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. You will be hard pressed to find a better view of the valley. We call our property Villa San Savino, because it reminded my father of the the small hill town in the Marche Region of Italy where he grew up. The home itself is one of a kind, with high ceilings, expansive rooms, imported hand-forged iron chandeliers/sconces, venetian plaster walls, hardwood and heated tile floors. With stunning views from all rooms, this property is one of a kind.
