BEDROOMS
This spacious beach house accommodates 7 people with ample space and can fit more on the large sectional upstairs. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and large, private bathroom and is located on the second floor. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs including 1 queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Also downstairs is the pullout sofa that can accommodate 1 more person.

BATHROOMS
The main living area of this home is on the second floor. Here there are 2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom includes a shower and is not attached to a bedroom. The second bathroom includes a jetted bathtub and shower. This is an ensuite to the master bedroom. There is a third bathroom and shower located on the first floor.

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM
This home features an open-concept floorplan. The fully equipped kitchen, the living room and 6-seater dining table are all in sight of each other. High chairs invite family and friends to sit at the kitchen counter. French doors open up fully to allow for views of the pool and canal. Watch manatees and dolphins cruise on by while you enjoy your coffee in the morning. The living room features a large sectional big enough for the entire family. A large flat screen TV, games, books and other items can help pass time while you are not at the beach or in the pool. The laundry room is located behind the kitchen and is stocked with detergents. A spiral staircase connects the upstairs living area to the downstairs bedrooms and workstation.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE
The exterior of this home is stunning. A huge pool, huge outdoor dining table, kayaks paddleboards, BBQ grill and plenty of lounge chairs and seating are the recipe for a good time no matter what. Feel free to fish or swim right off the dock. The back yard is fully fenced in so feel free to let the pets off the leash.

Great location!

Although the weather was bad, we had a nice stay. It was close to the beaches, shopping and the restaurants we like. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Naples!

Great little piece of paradise in an awesome town.

Since my kids were born, Ive kept telling them about the beaches of Naples and how I accidentally found them a little over a decade ago. This past weekend I had the opportunity to show them with the added bonus of finding a cool waterfront home with a pool. There was always something we could be doing, so we were never bored. I only wished we had planned for more time here. The kids loved the pool, and all the fun things left for guests makes it so you can pack light to have a great time. Bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, beach chairs... This place has it all.

Great location, wonderful kayaking out to the gulf. Great bikes. House was great - clean and comfortable.Listing is incorrect on the following:Lower level bedroom is NOT a Queen - it's a full size bed so was a bit small for two adults.And there is NOT a hot tub - there is a jetted bathtub in the master bedroom only.

Great location!

TK’s place had everything we needed! The place was spacious and close to the beaches. We would spend the day at the beach and enjoy the private pool afterwards. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed for cooking.

Perfect vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and an easy drive to downtown Naples. We loved taking the kayaks out for exploring, bird watching, and fishing. We also enjoyed sitting by the firepit at night. The house was equipped with everything we needed and Mike is an excellent host who responded right away to any questions we had. We’re hoping to stay here again next year!

Perfect get away spot

This home is in a perfect location by several beaches, the house is fully stocked with everything you need…we enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock, grilling & surrounding beaches.. The owner is a very nice Man who is very helpful & accommodating…this property has every amenity you could dream of- 5 stars, we had a great time & the place was super comfortable with extra room to spare for our party of 6. We will be planning a trip back to this same location soon!

Comfortable home

Property is just as described. We loved kayaking right out back. Location is nice, quiet and walkable. Host was extremely responsive and was happy to make sure we had everything we needed and even turned up the pool temperature ahead of our arrival. Pool, patio and deck are lovely and clean - beds are comfy. Kitchen is pretty well-stocked for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - no complaints!

Awesome trip!

Our family of 4, plus dog, stayed at TK's house at the end of July 2021. We loved it! The house was extremely well-stocked, from the kitchen to the pool toys, to the beach cruiser bicycles. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. The house is in a great location, in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, taking drives around Naples as well as a day trip to Miami. TK was an awesome host, very friendly and committed to making sure that we had a relaxing, enjoyable time. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you!

Great family vacation home

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the canal view was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the beach in just a few minutes. Check-in was simple, and everything worked as it should. Our family had plenty of space to spread out, and we’d happily stay here again.

The location is pretty good. Beds were really uncomfortable, grilled was so dirty and rusted you’d never be able to use, and my shower had hairs in it. The pool was really warm and that was a highlight.

Great family property

This is a wonderful family property with kayaks, paddle boards, and a very nice pool. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very attentive to our needs and checked on us. We would definitely come back.

My family had a great time on this vacation. The kids liked having their own rooms with TVs. We all enjoyed cooling off and playing in the pool, as well as fishing or catching minnows off the dock. I enjoyed quiet mornings on the dock drinking my coffee while watching the needlefish and schools of minnows. I even had the excitement of a manatee sighting one morning. We had to get a tiny crab or two out of the pool most days, which we considered a bonus. It was also nice waiting out storms under the covered patio. If you plan to enjoy the outdoor living area in the evening or during a rain shower, definitely get plenty of bug spray for the mosquitoes and noseeums. The house location is also wonderful. We were close to all of our favorite beaches, waterfront restaurants, and mini golf course. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive to questions within the app and provided phone numbers for contact as well. Overall, the house was what we needed for an ideal vacation, and I could see us visiting again.

Nice place!

Great location and amenities. House is very comfortable and had more than enough space for our group. Really enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle board out and having the pool right there. Very easy check in and check out process. Mike is extremely responsive and excellent with communication. Beautiful setting on the canal!

Perfect for our needs. We will be back.The house was perfect for our needs. Check in was smooth and the host was very quick to respond. The home was clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy the bikes the evening we checked in and went for a morning kayak trip the next day. Everything was perfect! Our only wish is that we could stay longer

Decent Looking, didn’t stay

Communication with the host prior to arrival and during check in was great. Seemed very friendly and responsive. We booked the property primarily for the yard and what we saw of it looked great. The property itself was cute and gave a laid back vibe which is what we wanted.That being said we ended up leaving shortly after arriving as we found live roaches and roach droppings in the kitchen- silverware drawer, drawer with kitchen towels, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. The location seemed nice and fairly well positioned in between Bonita Springs and Naples Park.I feel bad for writing this as the host was very apologetic and as I mentioned seems very responsive and nice but it did start out trip to Naples on a rather disappointing note. We stayed in a hotel Tuesday night and thankfully found another property available that checked all of our boxes in Naples Park.

Good location

I hate to leave a review that’s not favorable but we were disappointed with the condition of this home for the price we paid. When we entered the smell hit us right away.. musty, old smell. Not a great first impression. The lower level was even worse which is where my husband and I slept so my MIL could have the first floor for mobility issues. Bathrooms were generally clean just don’t look close.. mold around the sink drains, grime around the door handles..Couch had an odor, I thought it smelled of urine, but not sure. I couldn’t sit on it as it just grossed me out. Bedding on lower level needs updating. Really, the whole place needs updating and just a deep clean. One of the railings outside is not up to code. I could go on but you get the idea. Plus side.. owners were very prompt in responding,it’s pretty well outfitted for cooking. They supply towels AND washcloths which was nice. Neighborhood was nice as well. Sorry I won’t be a repeat visitor.
