La Casita di Porticciu is located 12 minutes walk from the centre of Porticcio on the heights, offering a beautiful view of the bay of Ajaccio from the 2 terraces and the master bedroom. Sleeps 7 for a family holiday in a house of about 70 m2 and of course the large double terrace which allows you to have lunch in the sheltered part, while enjoying the view and relaxing on the deckchairs under the parasol on the other part.

Ideally located, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Ajaccio.

This is a semi-detached house, totally independent and isolated. It is composed of a charming bright living room opening onto a large terrace facing the bay of Ajaccio.

A new sofa bed offers a real double bed. You have air conditioning in the living room.

The living room is open to the kitchen equipped with a table for 8 people. You will find absolutely everything you will need. From the kitchen, you access the sheltered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to eat.

The triple bedroom is composed of a double bed in 140, a single bed in 90, a cupboard, a wardrobe, and cooling fan.

The double bedroom, facing west with stunning sea views, is air-conditioned and has a double bed 160, a large closet and a sink area.

The shower room offers a corner shower, storage space, a washing machine.
The toilet is separate.

All the bedding is new. The double beds have a mattress topper to increase the comfort of your nights.

Leisure accessories:
Terrace and beach umbrella, ball, 2 Lafuma deckchairs, 2 beach loungers, 1 barbecue, board games, television.

The casita is located in a tree-lined residence. The car park is located a few metres from the house. However, it is possible to access the house to drop off suitcases and groceries on an occasional basis. This way children can play without risk in the vicinity of the house.

THE RESIDENCE
The residence offers free access to two swimming pools that can be reached on foot in 4 minutes or by car. A tennis club allows you to rent lessons within the residence.
Below the residence, 5 minutes walk, you will find an equestrian centre to organise pony rides for the little ones or hikes on the beach for the older ones.

PORTICCIO & Co
Porticcio is within walking distance but it is better to choose the car in summer because it is hot!
On Porticcio you will find everything! Shopping, night market, greengrocers, supermarkets, butchers, delicatessen, bakery, ice cream bar, restaurants and nightclubs. Everyone at any age will find what they are looking for. Many water activities, sailing club, jet ski, but also a giant trapeze.
Many boat trips from Porticcio to Porto, Piana, Bonifacio. A river shuttle also allows you to go to Ajaccio for a few euros to go to the market, visit the city and do some shopping.

Very close to Porticcio are hidden treasures to discover every day and magnificent beaches.

If there is no tenant the day before or on the day of your departure, we will be happy to extend the check-in and check-out times.
CLEANING FEE: 100€ per stay
LINEN:
We offer a service for household linen.
Sheets, Ready beds, Shower towel and towels: 10€/pers.
It is requested to wash the laundry before leaving. Wet linen can be left to dry on the terrace. Dry linen will be put back neatly folded on each corresponding bed.
This service costs €10 per person and is payable before arrival by bank transfer, or PPAL. PGJyPg

Deposits are payable by PPal the week before your arrival.
They will be refunded within 5 days of your departure.
