Sitting on the first floor, East 102 offers first-floor access to the resort's private beach from your patio. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 102’s unique and convenient features make it the perfect spot for your next Destin vacation!

East 102 offers an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront patio. The gated patio offers direct access to the resort’s beachfront swimming pools and 600 feet of private beach. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

All three of the bedrooms are beachfront and have access to the condo’s second beachfront patio. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin over a twin bunk bed, and flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Easy beach and pool access!

Great location with wonderful accommodations (the sectional was SO comfortable!) had everything we could want and was clean. The parking is assigned and so convenient and in a garage- so not baking in the sun all day.

Family Spring Break

We had a great spring break stay! The condo was perfect for our family-we enjoyed the easy access to the beach from the first floor and the kids loved playing in the pool. The couch was perfect for movie nights. The condo was clean and beautiful, beds were comfy, and location was perfect. We will be back!

Perfect location

We had aging parents and a pregnant daughter who appreciated that the condo was on the first floor by the pool. The condo itself was large and all rooms had a view with access to a second patio. We all agreed we would stay again.

The property was great, Condo was as listed. We booked the ground floor so that we would have direct access to the pool and beach from our patio but construction blocked our access, we had to walk around inside the building to get there.

Beautiful first floor condo

I organized a Mom and daughter spring break staying in this beautiful condo. Great location with everything you need at your finger tips…groceries, shopping, restaurants and family fun! The condo is spacious and well laid out! The pool and beach were just steps away which we enjoyed the most. Beaches were clean and not crowded! This was one of my favorite trips, I will definitely be back to stay at the unit!

Great week in Destin!

We loved this condo! The sectional added so much comfort to our stay because it allowed our entire family of 7 to hang out comfortably in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and some toys. Being on the first floor was so convenient. We were steps from the pool! The beach was beautiufl as usual! Great week!

Gorgeous apartment

The apartment is amazing, better than in the pictures! The view is great! It’s very close to the pool and the beach access (I don’t know if during the summer that is not something that good).The after hour check in was very complicated. The specification was not very clear. But if you arrive during the front desk hours won’t be an issue. The parking spot is very close to the apartment.I didn’t give a 5 star because we found cockroaches in the kitchen, they wanted to send someone to spray but we were with kids….

Workmen using a noisy grinding tool and dropping paint on the patio and walkway took away from time

The condo was well located well equipped and very clean. BUT there were workmen using a grinding tool all day and their lift was right outside the living room. We couldn’t sit out on the patio until after five and had to walk around caution tapes to get to the pool or beach

Great location, beach, pool & condo was very clean!

My family and I traveled together, renting a total of 4 condos. We were all happy with the cleanliness of all areas as well as the location of the condos. We had a first floor location that was so convenient for parking and going out to the pool/beach. The beach service was great and worked with us to allow our whole group to sit together on the beach.
