The condo was excellent! Everything was very clean! The only hiccup that we had was trying to find the access code for the door to the room, which was my fault because I didn’t read all of the emails thoroughly enough and see that information before getting there.

Very clean. The shower in the shared bathroom did not work. I feel there wasn’t a warm welcome. Typically we experience hosts that are genuinely happy we were there. The guard upon arrival was rude. It was after 11:00 PM with a long travel day and delayed flight. That makes arrival tough especially when you are on vacation and just want to get settled for the night. The front desk employee upon arrival was also not very personable. I feel with the money spent the welcoming experience could have been better. We were just another VRBO customer. Also, the cafe closes at 3:00 PM. A long day swimming or spent on the beach it would be nice to order and get back up to your room. Overall the place was nice.

Property was as described. Easy access to beach and pools. The water view was great. There was a plumbing issue (water leaking from shower drain into the below unit), which caused us to not be able to use the secondary bathroom for the first few days. Tommy was great to work with and communicated frequently during the situation. This issue was not his fault or could not have been avoided, but he made it right by sending us a gift card for the inconvenience. We would recommend this location and would stay here again.
