A Visit to the '70s!

Upon arrival, we had a very rushed intro to the house and we were given a "house guide" with all of the information we needed - or so we thought. We went out for dinner that night and when we tried to drive back to the house we found that the gates to the entire community (not the house) were locked!!!!! You needed a code to get back into the development, which we were not given or made aware of. We waited at the gate for almost one hour until someone was driving out and we drove in through the exit. We texted the house manager and she responded the next morning with the code! How in the world could the code and the fact that the gate would be locked after a certain hour, not be an important part of the intro to the house AND included in the house guide??? The house itself in VERY dated! We counted 27 cherubs (not kidding) in the house including in tile at the bottom of the pool. The house has a great view but needs updating desperately!!! Even the sheets and linens were OLD! And since there is not dryer in the house the towels were "crispy"! We booked three nights and left after two.

Bonjour Joanne, le code du portail de la résidence vous a été communiqué dès l’arrivée! vous n’avez probablement pas compris. Pour ce qui est des draps et serviettes elles sortent du pressing. La maison est identique aux photos, si elle nous vous plaisait pas pourquoi réservée? Par contre vous saurez maintenant qu’on ne part pas en laissant une maison ouverte.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in July. The pool and house location could not be beat. Very close to all that we wanted to do or needed. The air conditioning was needed during record heat wave and it worked perfectly. Amandine was a fine host. All went well and I recommend this property.
