Sea view, Close to the most beautiful beach of Ste Maxime (400m), easy access to shops for this superb charming villa with private pool and landscaped garden in a quiet area (dead end).
For 6 people fully equipped American kitchen, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with their two shower rooms.
Upstairs master suite with full bathroom (shower, bath, sanitary) and two private terraces

Sainte Maxime is a medium-sized town but alive all year round. It is very well located and served by public transport. In summer, the ideal is to park your car and you can do everything on foot or by boat by the shuttles that connect Saint Tropez. The old town has many alleys typical of the south of France. You will find a covered market in the heart of the old town. Friday morning during the summer a flea market near the sea still enlivens Sainte Maxime. Two days a week, a traditional market allows you to stroll and discover local products. In Sainte Maxime, the weather is almost always fine (320 days of sunshine per year).

The Sainte-Maxime golf course offers you one of the most beautiful views of the bay of St-Tropez on a wonderful walk in the garrigue with the scents of Provence. Lovely Villa in St Maxime

Great stay. Villa is lovely, very clean and great facilities. Location good to beach, restaurants and St Maxime town. Really enjoyed and will look to book again.

Villa novice

This is charming villa in a peaceful neighbourhood. A short distance by car from St Maxime and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Upon arrival we were met by Nathalie who was pleasant and very helpful. She willingly gave us advice regarding the local area during our stay. Thank you! The description and images were only let down by the failure to mention the extensive building work currently underway around the villa. The road leading to it is in a very poor state of repair as a result. The building work and crane opposite obstructed the view of the bay. Thankfully, Nathalie explained that construction work is not permitted in August so there was no noise during our stay. I was unable to access the driveway due the steepness from the road resulting in my car being parked out on the road. The fans provided in the villa struggled to keep us cool during the heat wave. Possible upgrade to air-conditioning would be a welcome addition? However, the fantastic pool helped cool us down. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

Superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes, 3 enfants). La maison est bien située, avec la plage de la Nartelle accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Le jardin est très bien aménagé, avec plusieurs endroits ombragés où lire ou prendre l'apéro, et surtout une magnifique piscine avec vue mer, et de nombreux transats. La maison est grande et répond à toutes les attentes des vacanciers: décorée avec soin, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Elle est également dotée de 2 chambres et 2 sdb au rez-de-chaussée, et d'une splendide et immense suite parentale à l'étage, avec deux terrasses donnant sur la mer et une spacieuse sdb (douche et baignoire). Bref, tout était réuni pour des vacances réunies.

Séjour de rêve dans une demeure au top

Wunderbare mediterrane Ferienvilla

Mit unseren Kindern (18, 16, 12) durften wir zwei herrliche Ferienwochen in Sante Maxime verbringen. Der Strand von La Nartelle ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, das Stadzentrum etwas weiter weg. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt. Eine so vollständige Küche haben wir noch in keiner Ferienunterkunft erlebt. Pool und Garten haben wir gut genutzt.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Nous sommes vraiment ravies d'avoir séjourné dans cette belle villa idéalement situé. A 7 minutes de la plage a pied, 5 minutes du centre de Sainte Maxime en voiture avec tout le confort pour que l'ont s'y sentent bien. Navettes fluviales Sainte Maxime vers Saint Tropez en 20 minutes. Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs nous ont bien servis, et la piscine est idéal pour se rafraîchir a 28 degrés en ce mois d’août. Tout est conforme a la description de l'annonce, avec en plus la vue mer qui est très appréciable. La maison est propre. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir je l'espère l'année prochaine. Birgit nous a fait un accueil très sympathique aussi et le propriétaire est disponible. Tout était parfait!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus eine tolle Ferienwoche verbracht. Es liegt nah am Strand und nicht weit vom Zentrum, jedoch uneinsehbar in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Insofern wie eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben in dem Haus eine vollständige Ausstattung und einen tollen Grill vorgefunden. Der Pool und der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist sehr schön. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Beautiful house in Sainte-Maxime

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week holiday in this beautiful house in Sainte-Maxime, 10 minute walk to the beaches and many beach restaurants. We especially loved the pool, relaxing calm surroundings, and views from the house. Highly recommended.

Wonderful views from the villa, especially from the top floor bedroom which was embarrassingly superior to the two other bedrooms on the ground floor. Good open plan kitchen/living/dining with plenty of crockery etc. Eating on outside terrace was possible even in heat of day thanks to giant parasol - we really appreciated that. Birgid looked after us well and appeared with electric kettle and tea mugs as soon as requested! Good sized pool with a beautiful olive tree at one end and comfy bed chairs. Lovely terracotta floors everywhere and tasteful furnishings. We had a great stay.

Tolles Haus mit traumhafter Lage in einer wunderschönen Gegend.

Das Haus hat exakt das versprochen wie im Internet und auf dem Bild beschrieben. Alles ist offen, von der Küche tritt man direkt auf die Terasse, hochwertige Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden und der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe zum Schwimmen und spielen mit den Kindern. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend.

Wer Ruhe sucht und mal ausgiebig "die Seele baumeln lassen" will, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage am Hang gewährt einen Blick auf die Bucht. Das Haus ist großzügig und vollständig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht inkl. leistungsstarkem WLAN. Das Platzangebot ist ideal für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Besonderes Plus: toller Pool, reichlich Sonnenliegen in gutem Zustand, bei Bedarf Schattenplätze durch hohe Bäume, große Esstische draußen und drinnen, sehr großer Kühlschrank, 3 Duschen und 2 WC. Darüber hinaus: hervorragender, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, vorbildliche Betreuung vor Ort. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
