Watch the sunset over the Gulf every night! Renovated in 2021, this 2 bedroom +bunk room condo will offer you the vacation of a lifetime. Located in a beachfront, modern luxury building. This 9th floor unit is low enough to hear the waves and birds and watch manatee, but high enough to give you big views of the cute beach homes, intercoastal waterway and Sunset beach on the 45' balcony. One side all glass side offering amazing views from every room. Unit comes with parking. *4 adults limit in the unit, but additional visitors allowed during your stay up to 7 nights. A big part of the appeal of this unit is the 'wall of glass' effect.

Beautiful view

View from unit is spectacular! Spacious unit with all that you could need.Fabulous amenities including an awesome pool area! Property is immaculately maintained, Building manager is wonderful and helpful, also maintenance staff is fantastic. Close to many wonderful restaurants and anything else you would want to do in a beach setting. Enjoyed my stay immensely! Thanks Barbara and Jordan!
