This split level house has a full kitchen, dining room, large deck, family room and a kids bedroom with Captain's Bed (bunk bed with twin over full). It is located on a quiet, partially wooded property. Just 4 miles from Herrington on the Bay and North Beach, 3 miles from the Chesapeake Beach boat docks and Rod 'N' Reel Resort, and 31 miles from Annapolis, MD, 39 miles from Washington, DC and 55 miles from Baltimore, MD.

Home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and can comfortably sleep 9 guests. Upstairs you’ll find a king bed and full bath in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a captain’s bed with twin over full in bedroom 3. There is a second full bath upstairs. Downstairs you’ll find a king bed in bedroom 4 and 3rd full bathroom.

Great, Quiet Stay

This house was a great place to stay! It was even better than I expected, I was very pleased. Everything went well coming and going and I didn't have any problems. The house was clean and everything seemed to be in place. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils, plates, cups, and such. It didn't cause a problem for me, but the wifi slowed down to almost nothing every once in a while. It could have been due to the rainy weather, not sure how that works.

Great home base for a quick beach getaway!

Christie's home was the perfect home base for our weekend beach getaway! The location was super-convenient for our visits to Breezy Point Beach (less than 10 minutes away) and things near Chesapeake Beach. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers, and the kitchen was very well-appointed making quick meal and snack prep an easy thing. We really appreciated how there are three full baths, and we loved hanging out in front of the big TV on the couches. Christie provided folding chairs for use by the beach, which was also really helpful. Christie responded promptly to all of my questions, and the check-in and check-out were very straightforward, reasonable, and with no surprises. This is a split-level house, and besides the steps going to the front door, there are additional steps going up and down inside the house. We knew there would be steps from the pictures, and our one guest with limited mobility was able to navigate the steps with assistance.
