Pointe West Top Floor Renovated Spacious Beachfront 3/3 Resort Condo

Top floor with unobstructed view of the gulf with a front row seat to see the sunrise. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is the perfect getaway! We have a new elevator. This renovated unit has been completely remodeled with new interior and exterior paint, light fixtures, flooring and appliances. The furniture is high end and comfort was a priority. The beach walkway is directly next to the condo. The largest floor plan in Pointe West has plenty of room for your family and friends. Access to all of the wonderful Pointe West amenities. Wristbands are required for access and cost $25 per person over the age of three and are good for your entire stay. From the lazy river, infinity pool, gym, game room, trails, fishing pond, pickleball court and basketball court you have plenty of options to choose from. The fitness room and game room are currently being remodeled.

Our family, ages 15 - 80, had a great time on the big balcony, surfing and at the pools. The home is really comfortable and wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. We had a great stay at Anna’s condo with our extended family! I really appreciated the quick replies to my questions. We all loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the amazing beach views. One night we saw fireflies! It was really nice to be able to borrow the beach gear. We liked the lazy river pool the best. Would definitely come back.

We loved this condo. Nice comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of cookware. Great view and the balcony had very comfortable chairs to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset. The host was very communicative and reached out to us before, during and after our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Great little vacation getaway

We rented this condo for a family reunion Memorial weekend and it was so perfect. Any communication I had with the manager was so easy. The home was updated and very clean and great price for being beach front. We will definitely keep this condo as our go to for our next family reunion.

This property was so great, I am already looking at our calendar to book our next stay! I am so picky when it comes to vacation rentals…. And this one was FABULOUS! The condo location, the resort as a whole, the decor, the bedroom configurations, the cleanliness, the beach accessories, EVERYTHING! It was all perfect. I could not recommend this spot higher. Family Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect! Very spacious and clean. Bonus it was right next to the beach walkway. My mother loved sitting out on the deck looking at the ocean. Teenage son enjoyed the basketball court which was right down the street. The pool at the beach club was awesome. We enjoyed every day we were there and will definitely be back.

Long Weekend Getaway

The family loved this condo. Very nice decor and furniture was so comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their sleeping arrangements and comfortable beds. Many times rentals do not have the best beds but owner has done a great job making sure you get a good night rest. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dishware. We liked being away from beach club and traffic and being so close to the beach walkover. Patio was very comfortable. The few times I had to contact the host I received communication immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

The views from this condo are phenomenal! This complex is exceptional and the location of this condo is above many others. Right next to the walkway over the dunes, quick walk or drive to the pool and restaurant. Galveston 2023

I have to admit that this is the cleanest place I have stayed in a few years and we’ve been going to the beach for 30+ years. The owner was available for all our questions.She also provided some amenities that made staying there really enjoyable. The patio area is great!!We really enjoyed being able to use the pools at the resort. Overall a really relaxing good time.

Hi! I'm Annagrace and I am a long term and short term property manager. My husband and I have two young boys and we have been traveling to Pointe West for years. We knew we wanted to purchase a property and looked for two years until one finally came up that was exactly what we wanted.

Why they chose this property

We love this condo because of its' unobstructed view of the ocean from almost every window. The patio is large and has plenty of room for a large group. Whether it is sipping coffee in the rocking chairs, or having dinner at the table you have the perfect setting to enjoy these.
We have done extensive renovations in the past year. The entire interior has been painted(walls, trim, and ceiling) and accent walls have been added. All of the kitchen appliances are new as well. We have replaced the flooring, mirrors and light fixtures. We selected comfortable mattress and couches because this is our home away from home as well.
The layout is comfortable for multiple families. The main bedroom is on one side of the condo with a large private closet. The closet is big enough for a pack n play to be set up in. On the other side of the condo are two bedrooms, one also having its' own private bathroom.
The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room for cooking and being able to move around.

What makes this property unique

We think we have the best view on the island! There are no building in the way and there is a decent amount of space to the next condo. Since we are on the top floor it there is no noise from the floor above you. It feels very private even though you are at a resort.
