The property was awesome and my guest had a wonderful time! The home is in a perfect spot for easy access to the main rode into Rockport and was very clean and had everything they needed. My questions were answered immediately and they were so sweet and kind! We hope to make 4th of July at Holiday Beach a tradition for our family! We will definitely book again!!

Great little house. Everything was well stocked. It’s not far from Rockport beach. It was clean and tidy.Thank for accommodating us. Also, we named the rooster Maurice.

My gf and I visited for a weekend of fishing with a guide. The house was perfect for us two. Very clean.The living room was very small but fine for us two. If you brought a family with adult children you might be cramped watching TV. But hopefully you don't come on vacation to watch TV. The master bed was comfortable though it sat a bit high. The kitchen had necessary pots and pans but lacked in utensils. There were only 2 small dull paring knives. Luckily we usually bring everything for our planned meals when we travel. The house fit our needs (privacy, clean, comfy beds) and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

It would help if extra paper towels, trashbags, sugar, toilet paper, especially for the group of ppl, and how long we were there. Other than that a great place

Nice house! Multiple issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little house on Holiday beach. Close to Goose Island and Rockport. Nice backyard for guests. However, as we arrived the grass was not cut, the house was not cleaned (roaches in corner), tree branches hanging low, and one of the bathrooms did not work (this issue was never resolved).Then out of the remaining two bathrooms, one toilet wasn’t working properly which caused the septic to overflow. So we had to turn the water on and off each time we used the bathroom. I would stay here again BUT I’d confirm the owners are prepared for our arrival and all promised amenities work. The property management team was nice. They worked with us to help resolve some issues during our stay. Only concern is they can be hard to get ahold of.

Great get away

Cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, and great location! Couldn't ask for friendlier property manager. I'd definitely stay again!
