Very nice and clean small room in a walkable neighborhood. Too many stairs for me as an older woman, but other than that, it was well kept.

This small studio was a great value for the money, and quite comfortable for resting between excursions. The location is fantastic, near restaurants and the river. It's very small, but just fine for a home base. The fan was great to have during the heat wave we were in!We'd stay here again for sure.

This is a great studio in a great location. The neighborhood is centrally located, clean, and safe. No A/C but the fan provided was more than adequate to keep the apartment comfortable in the summer. I recommend this rental of you are looking for a nice spot to stay at a reasonable price.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved so much about Dittmar’s place. Location is very convenient for food, metro access, and boutiques. The listing is pretty close to the real space, and the price was much better than anything else we could find. However, we found that the bed did not have a blanket just a single sheet. This may be common for regions without AC, but it was a surprise for us and resulted in a night without much sleep. Also, because it is such an old building the common exit does not have a door handle; instead, neighboring tenants told us they had just been pulling the latch with their hand. This place was well worth it.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but in France, when it's hot, we don't use a blanket so we can get a better night's sleep. I hope your trip went well.

Great place for a short stay

The location is perfect to explore Paris by foot. Nice restaurants, shops and architecture all around. The room itself is quite cozy, but was clean and perfect for two. I’d stay again any time!
