Positive: L'emplacement était parfait, en plein dans le quartier du Marais, proche des arrêts de tra

The location was perfect, right in the Marais district, close to public transport stops. The flat is clean and well equipped, sufficient for a short stay for two. The large bed (two bed bases and mattresses put together) in a real bedroom is a real plus. Not that I didn't appreciate it, but a sofa would have been more comfortable than the two armchairs. In addition, the front door is not well insulated and vibrates/slams whenever the neighbours above enter or leave their home.

Excellent value for money at the time of booking. Perfect location - within walking distance of roughly a quarter of Paris’s most interesting sites and neighborhoods. Quiet, with a real sense of privacy; clean; and very close to the photos (the slight photoshopping is unnecessary, as the place speaks for itself). The size is perfect for two people. What was quite unique was the kitchen cleaning cloth and soap packet, clearly new for each guest. It is wonderful not to have to use sometimes grimy, previously used dish sponges. This is rare and much appreciated. I would return. I travel for work roughly once per week and base this review on dozens of apartments and hotels I stay in each year. Again, for the time of booking, this place offered truly excellent value.

We were given the incorrect building code and GuestReady did not answer the “emergency” line when we called. We were only able to get in because someone else who lives in the building came home, opened the door, and gave us the code.There were two sets of instructions given to get the key, one of which did not apply to the property, but the door to the apartment was standing open when we got there. (We were able to get the key from the lockbox with the second set of instructions).The coffee maker dumped hot coffee all over the place and it wasn’t obvious where the trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper were (in a hidden cubby above the fridge, we eventually discovered). There was no dish soap, but there was in the picture on VRBO. The plant in the pictures was dead and moldy and we put it out in the hall. The trash can was sitting on a pile of dirt.
