This 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom top-floor corner condo with vaulted ceilings provides the perfect relaxing getaway in the midst of the mountains, with a rare doorstep ski-in and ski-out access via the Orient and Morrisey Chair lift. Plus, stay cool in summer with portable AC. The property is also unique with two underground heated parking stalls each of which has an electric vehicle charger. Wonderful spot for a long ski weekend

We had a great stay at The Evergreen for a long ski weekend! The private hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, and fast wifi were perfect for our stay. Extra points for the heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Wonderful Stay

We spent 4 nights here right before Christmas and it was a wonderful home base for our time in Sun Peaks. The condo was just as described, and very comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home, the hot tub was amazing after our days on the mountain, and they even had a Christmas tree set up which was such a nice touch. The location was very convenient. I would love to come stay here again!

My friend and I brought our girlfriends here for a week. The place was spectacular, with great views and everything you need for an awesome stay. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. The owners were pleasant to deal with. We would come back forsure!!

This beautiful condo is a delight. It is so comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay very relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, and the heated tile floors are a treat. There was even an Apple TV available for use by guests. Tobias was a pleasure to deal with and truly cares about his guests. Would love to stay here again!

Nice property but set up more for a family than 2 couples. The room with double bunk bed was not the best for a couple! The location is good for ski in ski out but is a long walk from the village if that is important to you. Heated underground parking is great as is the hot tub.

Bike and golf getaway

We had trouble with the heat in the middle of summer. We were 10 degrees hotter than outside which made sleet difficult. We contacted them on the third night and they set up a portable AC. That worked bit it was a bit of a hassle when we are on vacation.

Could have been great.

There was no heat in the main living area the gas fireplace was broken and it was -35 with ice on the inside windows and doors. We could not get ahold of the property management for about 2 hours when we did he explained where the 1 space heater was tucked away behind the furniture. Since he knew the fireplace was broken it would have been nice to been made aware and the space heater out and ready for our family. I requested another space heater which he readily helped with. When we requested a discount for the first night we never have received a response.

The condo was exactly as description The property was spotless! The condo was supplied with all the necessities ,,when your flying in makes things so much simpler Would definelty stay there again Only downside , was there was no transportation/shuttle to and from the main village. With no car it would be more difficult if you have children with you It was fine for us walking

Great rental , very clean and well organized. Underground parking stalls are very small .

Great rental well supplied and awesome beds and bedding. Parking stalls are small especially when an oversized SUV parks next to you with a bike carrier on the back and backs in and leaves 3 feet in behind it . Early 7:30 am balcony sanding on Friday and Monday wasn’t great either . Everything else was fantastic.

Beautiful accommodation and perfect location!

My family had a wonderful March break vacation at Sun Peaks! The location of this accommodation was perfect for us. Ski in and out from a quiet part of the resort. The condo itself was spacious, bright and had everything we needed including a hot tub! We enjoyed staying there and will be back again for sure!
