Welcome to our holiday apartment Ostseeresidenz in Niendorf, Timmendorfer Strand.

The Baltic Sea spas Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf offer relaxation and recreation for every vacation. A paradise for children that invites to romp and play in the water and horse riding on land. Young and old can relax in the beach chairs and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. And not only that ..., you can hike, bike, be active, let your legs dangle or just stroll along the beach promenade. Numerous restaurants offer freshly caught fish from Niendorf fishermen and invite you to enjoy!

Numerous excursion boats go on sea and fishing trips to the Baltic Sea from Niendorf's sailing and fishing port. It is a popular meeting point for skippers, anglers and day trippers all year round. This mixture makes the port of Niendorf unique, romantic and versatile. The beaches begin right at the entrance to the harbor. The sandy beach gently sloping towards the water is particularly ideal for children to swim.

In the direction of Travemünde, the steep Brodten bank is a wonderful hiking and cycling path. Halfway there you can linger in the popular excursion café / restaurant 'Herrmann's Höhe' and enjoy the wonderful view over the Bay of Lübeck.

Our renovated (in autumn 2017) and partly new and lovingly furnished apartment (50 sqm) is centrally located and offers the right framework for every taste. Enjoy your fresh coffee in the morning with an incomparable view directly from the balcony of the beautiful Baltic Sea. The balcony is half covered.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (there is an elevator in the house). It has a combined living and dining room including a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave, coffee machine, sense machine, toaster and kettle. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 m). There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub with shower partition, toilet and hairdryer.

In addition, the apartment is equipped with a radio / CD player, DVD player and flat screen TV.

Our apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The arrival and departure times are flexible, according to occupancy and in consultation with the administrator.

After a long walk on the beach, there are numerous cafés and restaurants to relax in, or the sea water swimming pool, which is about 200 meters away. Right across the street you will find a surf school and other attractive options for your free time.

The parking space is located in the underground garage directly in the house and is included in the rental price.
