Gorgeous third floor unit available for Season and off Season. Come explore this community in the heart of Naples. Just 5-10 minutes from shopping, dining and beaches. This unit features a Serene golf course view from the living room and the community pool right up front. Available starting December 1st through May 2022 @ $2,800 per month. Off season rate is $1,850.00 per month. 90 day minimums as per association. taxes are separate at the rate of 12%.
