This quiet end-unit comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king bed in master and queen in guest room. Fresh paint, professionally deep cleaned, and all furnishings in the unit are brand new December 2021! Enjoy breakfast on the screened lanai, while taking in the beautiful grounds of Coral Falls. Pool and jacuzzi are steps away, and surrounded by immaculately maintained grounds/gardens. Parking and elevator right outside your door, this condo is suitable for seasonal snow birds, family vacations, or a quiet couples getaway. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shop!

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Hot tub, outdoor pool, clubhouse, BBQ grills, tiki hut picnic area.

Condo and entire complex are handicap accessible.
