House in Provence

We spent at week at this property. It provided everything we wanted and more. It is in a great location for travelling around the local area. The house and gardens are lovely and secluded. Claude is a great host and on hand for any questions you may have during your stay. Thank you to you and your family.

A Hidden Gem in the South of France

We stayed in Claude's villa in July of 2024. Its well equipped, spacious and clean. The outdoor space is wonderful for a family with kids. We made good use of the bbq and the pool. Its a 12 to 15 minute drive to Aix, but only 1.5 km from the quaint town of Eguilles. Its a perfect homebase for

Property is in a great/central location. 30 minutes from airport, 30-35 minutes from Marseilles, Hour and a half to the Gorges and surrounding area, which is a great visit. House is fully furnished with everything you need. There are two "master" bedrooms with a shower/sink but no toilet. Both toilets are on the main floor and one is nicer than the other. The masters are one down and one up...the stairs up are steep and short so not great for someone older or little ones. Claude was so helpful even though our French is pretty much non exsistent!

This was an incredible property - exactly like the photos shown. Beautifully decorated, lots of rustic charm, and a beautiful kitchen and eating area. I wish we could have stayed longer. The upstairs was a steep climb, which could be hard for the very old or young, but there are also three beds on the main floor, so I would recommend putting anyone with limited mobility or young kids on the ground floor. Also, I recommend renting a car to get around - we enjoyed day trips to Gordes and Aix.
